Seahorse™ - iXBRL accounts production
From 1 April 2011 it will be mandatory for all Corporation Tax returns to be filed online, with computations and accounts in iXBRL (inline eXtensible Business Reporting Language) format. To facilitate this process CoreFiling's secure, on-demand service, Seahorse™, provides predictive, intelligent iXBRL tagging of company accounts produced in either MS Word or Excel.
iXBRL refers to the embedding of XBRL tags within HTML documents, enabling the same content to be read by computer systems and human beings alike.
No XBRL knowledge required
Accessed via a standard web browser, the Seahorse hosted service uses artificial intelligence to automate the accurate tagging of account elements, requiring no specific XBRL knowledge on the part of the user.
Seahorse - the last word in iXBRL filing
With no software installation or procedural changes needed, Seahorse offers an efficient and accurate solution to HMRC's mandate for iXBRL filing. CoreFiling
invented Inline XBRL and donated the IntellectualProperty to the XBRL consortium, so our technical ability to produce valid iXBRL is a given.
HMRC-recognised ability to produce iXBRL accounts
CoreFiling is listed as a recognised supplier of iXBRL software on the official HMRC
"Corporation Tax Online - software and online forms" web page. See:
